What an auspicious and warm way to celebrate the Lunar New Year, as the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) shared their appreciation and thanks with Biltmore Los Angeles management team for the invaluable services provided to the LAPD during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Biltmore Los Angeles Team met with LAPD Chief Michel Moore and his team on 11 February, Lunar New Year’s Eve. They were presented with Certificates of Appreciation and a recognition plaque as a gesture of gratitude.

The Biltmore Los Angeles has served as an isolation centre for LAPD officers who have possible exposure and/or who are experiencing symptoms related to the coronavirus. Other than housing the police officers and first responders, the hotel has also come up with ways to brighten the days of the frontline guests, including celebrating special occasions such as Mother’s Day.

On behalf of the Biltmore Los Angeles, General Manager and Owner’s Representative Mr Jimmy Wu is thankful that the hotel has the opportunity to serve the city’s frontline heroes and to give back to the community, which is one of the firm commitments of Millennium Hotels and Resorts.
