Stealing the spotlight is the resort's newest signature cocktail, the George Town Sour. Inspired by the vibrant flavours of Penang, this tropical creation blends spiced rum, fresh calamansi juice, gula Melaka syrup and pandan-infused whipped cream, finished with a pandan leaf garnish and a dusting of palm sugar. The result is a refreshing balance of citrus, sweetness and local flavours that pays tribute to the island's rich culinary heritage.

Other highlights include the vibrant Tequila Sunrise, a classic combination of tequila, grenadine syrup and orange juice, as well as the Social Shot, a refreshing blend of vodka, lemongrass-infused syrup, lime juice and brown sugar. The cocktail selection also features popular favourites such as the Test Tube Baby, Screwdriver, Gin Fizz and Mojito, offering something for every palate and occasion.
