Initiatives
In conjunction with Self-Care Day on 24 July, M Hotel Singapore City Centre organised a series of employee wellness activities, encouraging colleagues to take a more proactive approach to their physical and financial well-being.
On 16 July, employees were offered a complimentary annual health screening covering key health indicators such as BMI, blood pressure, blood glucose and a full lipid profile. The screening saw encouraging participation, giving colleagues a convenient opportunity to better understand their health and take a more proactive approach to their well-being.
The hotel continued its wellness efforts on 23 July with an Oncology Critical Illness and Financial Wellness Talk. Medical Oncologist Dr Toh Chee Keong shared insights on cancer awareness, risk factors and the importance of early detection, helping colleagues better understand the steps they can take to protect their health.
The session also included practical guidance on financial planning, equipping employees with useful knowledge to better prepare for unexpected circumstances and safeguard their long-term well-being and that of their families.
Behind the initiatives was the hotel’s Human Resources team, whose coordination and support helped ensure both activities ran smoothly and provided a meaningful experience for colleagues. Together, the July wellness initiatives reflected M Hotel Singapore City Centre’s continued commitment to creating a supportive workplace where employees are encouraged to prioritise their health and well-being.
