Millennium Airport Hotel Dubai put care into action through two meaningful initiatives focused on supporting the well-being of its employees and giving back to the wider community.

On 13 July, the hotel’s Human Resources team organised a complimentary eye screening initiative, giving employees convenient access to professional eye care at the Al Garhoud Ballroom. Team members from across the hotel took part in the screenings and received guidance and recommendations to help them better understand and manage their eye health.

On 23 July, the hotel extended that spirit of care to the wider community through a blood donation campaign held in collaboration with the Dubai Health Authority (DHA).

A total of 51 team members volunteered to donate blood, contributing to DHA’s efforts to maintain an adequate blood supply for patients in need. Also organised by the Human Resources team, the campaign gave colleagues an opportunity to make a direct and potentially life-saving contribution to the community.
