SanSara
Reimagined:
A Fresh Culinary
Experience At
Grand Copthorne
Waterfront Hotel

Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel Singapore is proud to announce the relaunch of SanSara, its signature dining destination, now offering an elevated culinary experience for both hotel guests and local diners. Combining contemporary elegance with a warm, inviting atmosphere, SanSara promises a feast for all the senses.

The relaunch was celebrated with an unforgettable evening of culinary artistry and culture. Gracing the event were Ms Pooja Tillu, Deputy High Commissioner from the High Commission of India, alongside delegates from the High Commission of India, the Sri Lankan High Commission, the Royal Thai Embassy, and esteemed guests, media, and corporate partners.

Guests were treated to a feast for the senses, enjoying exquisite dishes, curated wines, and lively performances.

Guests indulged in an exclusive five-course degustation menu, each dish reflecting Northern India’s most cherished flavours — from the vibrant streets of Punjab to the royal kitchens of Rajasthan and the majestic landscapes of Kashmir. Each course was paired with a curated selection of wines, creating a sensory journey that combined tradition with refinement.

The evening was further elevated by a captivating live sitar and tabla performance, complemented by cocktails and artisanal chaat served by the waterfront. These experiences set the stage for a night full of artistry, passion, and storytelling.
