The City Serviced Offices team recently traded their workstations for whisks in an unforgettable culinary adventure at the Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel.
Held in the Level 3 Pastry Kitchen, the hands-on workshop brought out everyone’s inner pastry chef as participants baked decadent chocolate chip cookies and artfully layered their own tiramisu. Guided by Executive Chef David Toh and Pastry Chef Goh Dah Liang, the team learnt professional techniques, insider kitchen tips, and a deeper appreciation for the artistry of desserts. The chefs’ warmth, passion, and hospitality made the experience both engaging and inspiring.
The day continued at Food Capital with the SG60 Durian Fiesta Buffet Lunch – a special spread honouring Singapore’s 60th birthday. From durian-infused creations to beloved local delicacies, the buffet inspired lively conversation, laughter, and even a few newfound durian fans.
