The Princess Terrace Authentic Penang eat-all-you-can a la carte buffet features classics like Lok Lok Ark Thui Mee Sua and Roti Jala with Chicken Curry. Available only on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, diners can indulge in these dishes and other restsaurant signatures such as the quintessential Char Kway Teow, which is wok-fried to perfection, Nasi Kunyit, a unique rice dish cooked with a harmonious combination of different herbs and spices, or the crowd favourite Penang Assam Laksa with its spicy and tangy fish broth.

Not to be missed is the Maine Lobster Penang Hokkien Mee, which features al dente rice vermicelli and yellow noodles in a hearty prawn broth, topped with Maine lobster! Limited slots are available each day at lunch and dinner buffet sessions.

Then end off your meal on a sweet note with a stellar array of homemade desserts such as Nonya Kueh, Bubur Hitam, Chendol, Bang Chang Kueh and Fine Beancurd.
