The Prime – Grill & Lounge at Millennium Taichung has earned a Michelin Dining Plate recommendation!

The restaurant, led by Chef He Yuan Jia, is well-known for its top continental cuisine, and stunning views of the city as it sits on the 24th floor of the hotel.

In its review, the Michelin Dining Guide highlighted that Chef He, with over 20 years of experience, changes the starter menu every three months and injects it with Mediterranean flavours. It also lauded the restaurant’s signature dishes, such as the oxtail soup that takes two days to prepare and is only available at dinner, and mains such as US prime, Australian and Japanese Wagyu steaks, which are served with red wine salt, sea salt, and black mineral salt on the side.
