More than 10 staff gathered together for an aroma clay diffuser workshop where they handmade their own clay diffusers and learnt tips on relaxing and taking a breather.
Staff created their own clay creations using moulds, which formed shapes of teddy bears, prosperity cats, gods of wealth and peony flowers, which they then painted and decorated. Clay diffusers are made with porous clay that absorbs essential oils and give off a subtle scent and can also be used as a decorative art piece.
At the workshop, staff also learnt simple techniques to ease headaches and tension in one’s neck and shoulders and how to get restful sleep.
