To celebrate the hotel’s Singaporean ownership and the nation’s birthday with Singaporean guests, Millennium Biltmore Los Angeles organised a “Happy Hour” party to commemorate Singapore’s 54th National Day.

Hotel guests and community friends attended the event at Millennium Biltmore’s Cognac Room on evening of August 8 (Los Angeles time, as the city is 15 hours behind Singapore). The evening started with a dance and magic show performance, followed by an address by General Manager Mr Jimmy Wu, and cake cutting.

Celebrants cheered to the occasion with the Singaporean way of toasting, yum seng, and had the opportunity to savour traditional and popular Singapore dishes such as laksa.
