JW Marriott Singapore South Beach recently welcomed over 150 Ferrari sports cars to its premises as part of Ferrari’s 70th anniversary celebrations.

The largest of its kind and a first in Singapore, the convoy of cars embarked on a ‘parade’ that covered 70 kilometres around major local landmarks, before making their final stop at the JW Marriott Singapore South Beach for a celebratory evening cocktail event, to mark the worldwide anniversary of the Ferrari brand.

Over 400 fans and members of the public started gathering as early as 4pm to catch a glimpse of the cars as they arrived at the hotel at approximately 5pm. As a highlight of the celebrations, Ferrari’s latest - the La Ferrari Aperta - and the 70th Anniversary Ferrari release of the 812 Superfast, as well as 30 of Ferrari’s most well-known models (including the 458 Speciale Aperta, Tailor-Made SG50 F12 Berlinetta, and the Testarossa) lined up and parked at the hotel’s driveway.

Some 300 invited guests from Ital Auto and the Ferrari Owner’s Club were treated to a curated menu by Executive Chef Stefano Di Salvo, which included Italian-inspired dishes such as Gnocco Fritto, Crispy Dough Italian Style; Burrata Cheese, Treccione from Puglia, Summer Truffle Shaving and Parmigiano Reggiano, Balsamic Vinegar, Strawberry, Grana Padano, Truffle Honey.
