New World Millennium Hong Kong Hotel’s Japanese restaurant, Sagano, is serving up a Mini Hot Pot Set Dinner this September and October to enable diners to embrace autumn’s arrival with a sumptuous yet heart-warming meal.

Japanese Head Chef Noka Masahiko has created four types of mini hot pot for diners’ selection, including Beef Hot Pot using succulent and tender A4 Wagyu beef from Kagoshima Prefecture, either shabu-shabu style with a clear ox bone broth or sukiyaki style with a Japanese sweet soya sauce broth.  A must-try for seafood lovers is the Hokkaido Taraba Crab Hot Pot as well as Assorted Seafood Hot Pot served with bonito fish broth.  The set is complemented with seasonal appetisers, such as Marinated Vegetables with Zuwai Crabmeat and Salmon Roe and Stewed Saury Japanese Style, assorted sashimi including Fatty Tuna, Striped Jack and Sea Bream, Grilled Kinki with Salt, Assorted Sushi with Minced Fatty Tuna and Spring Onion Roll.  To end the meal, diners could try Greenhouse Melon from Shizuoka Prefecture as a perfect finale for the toasty night.

Available nightly, the Mini Hot Pot Set Dinner is priced at HKD1,250 per person.
