Masterchef Lap Fai and his team ingeniously incorporated exotic fruit flavour into this year’s crowning jewel - the new Mini Cempedak with Mung Beans. Cousin to the jackfruit but possessing a more superior sweet-nectar taste, this creation promises to pique your palate with its delightfully contrasting profile and texture. Other indulgent snowskin favourites include the Green Tea Twist with Yolk, Blueberry with Vintage Hua Diao Wine and White Lotus Paste with Champagne Ganache.

Purists will relish the traditional mooncakes baked to glorious golden brown, including best-selling signatures: White Lotus Paste with Double Yolk and Macadamia Nuts and Seeds of Harmony (Assorted Nuts).

The highlight of the collection are the Chocolate Truffle Mooncakes – delicate lotus paste and truffle ganache creations encased in flavoured chocolate shells – available alongside tantalising Snowskin Mooncakes and Traditional Baked Mooncakes.
