In conjunction with the Singapore Grand Prix, exclusive private viewings for South Beach Residences began on 8 September. Prices start from S$3.43 million for a 2-bedroom apartment, S$5.05 million for a 3-bedroom apartment and S$7.28 million for a 4-bedroom apartment.

South Beach Residences, completed in April 2018, is developed by South Beach Consortium Pte Ltd, a joint venture between City Developments Limited and IOI Properties Group Berhad. Private previews are ongoing and strictly by appointments only. Overseas marketing roadshows will be held in the next couple of months after the private previews. The Consortium will officially launch the project at an appropriate time.
