In August and September, our Singapore hotels Grand Copthorne Waterfront and Orchard Hotel played host to local and global celebrities who stayed and dined at the hotels.

Grand Copthorne Waterfront was the ‘Official Hotel’ for the Smash Hits concert, which reunited two 1980s pop stars Tiffany and Debbie Gibson. The two performed a joint concert and held a meet-and-greet session, and were hosted by Grand Copthorne Waterfront while they were in Singapore.

Orchard Hotel welcomed Hong Kong star Francis Ng and his family, who stayed at the hotel while they were in Singapore for a holiday.

Hua Ting, the hotel’s award-winning restaurant, is also a favoured spot for local celebrities for fine Cantonese-style dining, and veteran Singapore actor Chen Hanwei was recently at the restaurant to celebrate his birthday with actresses Zoe Tay and Huang Biren.
