Grand Hyatt Taipei recently hosted a gala party showcasing the latest in wedding trends. Themed “Living Grand – A Romantic Journey”, the event was a celebration of love and romance through a night of glamour, sophistication and elegance
Guests, comprising celebrities, socialites, influencers and leaders of the wedding industry, were introduced to Grand Hyatt Taipei’s brand new wedding concept – ROMANCE. It showcased the 5-star hotel’s impressive catering capabilities with an exquisite 6-course menu.
The hotel also showcased different dessert table stations, which wedding guests can add on to their wedding package. Pictured above are the ‘juice bar’ (left) and ‘donut shop’ (right), where guests can choose their own blend of fruit juices and baked treats.
An immersive experience was brought to life with four different tailor-made themes with customised floral arrangements, dinnerware, table settings, décor and menu design, showcasing the hotel’s wedding décor services. The four themes were Enchanted Forest, Royal Palace, Cherry Blossom, and Lavender.
As part of the ‘Enchanted Forest’ theme, a performer dressed up as a mysterious fairy brought guests around.

Guests were also entertained by live performances, such as a magic show, live band and popular street performer Issac Hou who is well-known for his circus-style performances.

Grand Hyatt Taipei offers a range of wedding venues, from intimate weddings for 30 guests, up to 1,200-guest celebrations held at the hotel’s pillar-free Grand Ballroom. It also has an exclusive residential-style event space called The Grand Residence that is based on the concept of a private mansion.
