Millennium Airport Dubai participated in its annual blood donation campaign organised in collaboration with the Dubai Blood Donation Centre and Latifa Hospital. Hotel staff gave their support, and the hotel collected 17 litres of blood in total for the cause.

Mr Simon Moore, General Manager of Millennium Airport Dubai said, “We are extremely grateful to Latifa Hospital for having given us the opportunity to support this essential live-saving cause, that also serves to raise awareness for the need for blood donations. As part of our CSR policy, we are committed to supporting humanitarian causes such as these in the broader interest of our community.”

Millennium Sirih Jakarta also held its quarterly blood donation drive on 9 August 2018, organised together with Red Cross Indonesia, Bank Mandiri, and You C1000. The drive was themed “We Share, We Care”, and over 200 participants comprised hotel staff and management, hotel guests, and those from the surrounding offices and communities. A total of 138 bags of blood were collected from the event.
