City Developments Limited (CDL) and Mitsui Fudosan (Asia) Pte. Ltd. (MFA) commenced sales for Zyon Grand, a luxury 62-storey twin tower residence at Zion Road on 25 October 2025. The consortium sold 590 of 706 units (84%), achieving an average selling price of S$3,050 per square foot (psf).
