First Private Residential
Launch Since 2018

Penrith, a private residential project jointly developed by Hong Leong Holdings Limited (HLHL), Hong Realty (Private) Limited, and GuocoLand Limited, achieved a strong sales performance over the weekend of 18th October 2025, with 97% or 447 of its 462 units sold. Unit prices ranged from S$2,435 to S$3,088 per square foot (psf).

The development marks the first private residential launch in Queenstown since 2018, and Hong Leong Holdings’ second project in the estate.


Prospective buyers gathered early at the Penrith sales tentage, eager to secure their preferred units during the project’s launch weekend.

The 99-year leasehold development occupies a 102,497-square-foot site along Margaret Drive, comprising two 40-storey towers. The project received strong interest across all unit types, with Singaporeans accounting for over 90% of buyers, while the remainder comprised Permanent Residents and foreign purchasers.
