The St. Regis Singapore recently unveiled its newest hotspot, the St. Regis Bar, as part of the hotel’s latest refresh. Inspired by early 20th-century Manhattan in New York City, the bar blends vintage charm with modern sophistication, creating an unforgettable setting for both guests and staff to enjoy.

Step through the brass double-storey doors into a space defined by bold geometric flooring, deep red accents, and floral motifs, with lighting and artwork inspired by Picasso’s Toro series. At the centre, a striking birdcage-inspired back bar showcases an impressive selection of spirits, while the liquid-metal bar counter, paired with dark Tundra grey marble, completes the sense of understated luxury.

Behind the bar, head bartender Kelvin Saquilayan curates the Time After Time cocktail menu, taking guests on a journey through five decades, blending American classics with local flavours. Highlights include the smoky DOF.01 double old-fashioned, the indulgent Club Kid Espresso, and the signature Straits Mary—a bak kwa-infused Bloody Mary layered with spices.

For a taste of global St. Regis flair, the menu features creations from other properties, such as The Siam Mary from Bangkok, showcasing Thai chilli, basil, and lemongrass.

Small plates complement the drinks menu, with favourites like Pork & Shrimp Meatballs, Reuben Sandwich, and mushroom-truffle Focaccia—perfect for sharing or enjoying alongside a cocktail.
