Driven by a passion to make a difference, the Service Ambassadors at CDL malls, City Square Mall and Palais Renaissance, continue to go above and beyond in delivering exceptional service. Their dedication was recognised at the Singapore Retailers Association (SRA) Excellent Service Award (EXSA) 2025, where five Service Ambassadors received the prestigious Star Award.

Executive Vice President, Head, Global Asset Management Division, CDL, Ms Callie Yah said, “At CDL retail malls, we are committed to cultivating a culture of service excellence where our Service Ambassadors strive to deliver memorable experiences for our tenants and shoppers. The EXSA award is an acknowledgement of their great work, and we hope that they will continue to raise the standard as role models of excellence.”

Launched in 1994, the EXSA is a national award that recognises and develops service champions across Singapore’s retail industry.
