And earns Silver for excellence in loyalty programme transformation.

Millennium Hotels and Resorts (MHR) has been honoured as the inaugural winner of ‘Best Local Hotel Brand (Singapore)’ at the 34th Annual TTG Travel Awards. A total of 72 winners were celebrated at the gala event held in Bangkok, Thailand.

This accolade marks the debut of a brand-new category, making MHR the first-ever recipient of this title. The introduction of this new category reflects evolving traveller expectations and the growing appreciation for distinctive homegrown brands. For MHR, the achievement is a recognition of its Singapore heritage and strong community roots.

Mr Saurabh Prakash, MHR Interim Chief Operating Officer and Chief Commercial Officer said, “We are deeply honoured to receive TTG’s first Best Local Hotel Brand (Singapore) award. This recognition belongs to our colleagues across all six of our Singapore properties – Orchard Hotel, Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel, M Hotel City Centre, Copthorne King’s Hotel, Studio M Singapore, and M Social Singapore. Their passion shines through every stay. Thank you to TTG Asia and to everyone who voted for us.”

Organised by TTG, a leading travel and tourism news resource in Asia Pacific for over three decades, the TTG Travel Awards are determined through an industry-wide vote. Voting for the 2025 edition took place from 1 April to 31 July, with votes garnered from travel consultants, tour operators, and destination management companies.

MHR Earns Silver For Excellence In Marketing Transformation

A proud moment for MHR’s MyMillennium team with Global Vice President for Branding, Marketing and Loyalty, Ms Carolyn Wishnowski (2nd from left) and team members colleagues (from left) Ms Sandra Chiu, Ms Galaxy Toh and Ms June Moe.

MyMillennium, the loyalty programme of Millennium Hotels and Resorts (MHR), has been awarded Silver in the ‘Excellence in Marketing Transformation’ category at this year’s Marketing Excellence Awards.

The achievement was the result of MHR successfully merging MyMillennium with A La Carte Rewards, its former dining-focused loyalty programme. Previously operating as separate entities, the unification transformed MyMillennium into a seamless, globally competitive platform offering members enhanced benefits, greater personalisation, and a more rewarding experience across both hotel stays and dining.

MHR said this transformation has elevated member experience and strengthened internal operations. By centralising and merging both teams into one, there is now better alignment across MHR’s global network that better benefits members and employees.
