CBM Pte Ltd (CBM) recently participated in the Facilities Management Experts Summit (FMES) 2025, Singapore’s premier event for facilities management professionals. The summit, themed “The Future Workplace – Technology × Sustainability,” highlighted how innovation and sustainable design are shaping the built environment, from smart buildings to adaptive workspaces.

This year also marked the 5th anniversary of the Singapore International Facility Management Association (SIFMA), and the 25th year of the International Facility Management Association’s (IFMA) Singapore Chapter.  Both SIFMA and IFMA represent facility management professionals and organisations, that aim to promote technology adoption and elevate facility management as a recognised profession.

CBM was honoured with Sponsor Appreciation recognition for its ongoing support in fostering growth within the FM community.

CBM’s multiple wins include the awards for ‘FM Visionary’ presented to Mr Teo Hwee Yean (left photo), and ‘Woman Facility Manager of the Year’ awarded to Ms Yiling Seow (right photo).

These accolades celebrate CBM’s commitment to driving innovation, sustainability, and service excellence in facilities management.

CBM extends its gratitude to the Singapore International Facility Management Association (SIFMA) and FMES 2025 for recognising its contributions to the industry and for hosting the event. The company looks forward to continuing its mission of building smarter, greener, and more people-centric environments.
