CBM, the facilities management arm of CDL, recently teamed up with student volunteers from St. Andrew’s Junior College and the Toa Payoh Central Zone 4 Residents’ Network to bring hope and care to needy families living in Singapore’s public housing.

Together, they launched the Home Refresh Programme 2025, an initiative that provides pro bono deep cleaning, handyman, and repair services to support families living in Singapore’s public housing estates.

The volunteers visited 639 rental units at Blocks 103–106 Toa Payoh Lorong 1 to assess the homes and identify areas where support was needed most. The programme’s Execution Phase then saw CBM staff and volunteers working together to transform these homes into refreshed, welcoming spaces.

The initiative celebrates the spirit of community and generosity, proving that teamwork and compassion can make a tangible difference in the lives of those in need.
