Filled with Christmas flavours and immense joy is M Hotel’s Signature Jumbo Chicken Pie, made with the same legendary recipe as Old Boulevard Hotel Singapore. For additional variety, pick up the Classic Cottage Beef Pie, with golden potato layers and filled with tender chunks of beef, mushrooms and a special gravy. Another savoury is the Bacon & Spinach Quiche, a homely comfort dish for a heartwarming feast! These baked pies are all in the jumbo version and can feed four to six persons.

For a more traditional dinner spread, choose from the Traditional Roast Turkey or the inventive Apricot Honey-Mustard Glazed Turkey, which is infused with aromatic herbs and marinated with honey and grained mustard sauce. Both turkeys are dressed with cranberry port wine sauce, traditional roasted gravy and chestnut stuffing, and served with roasted potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
