This November, the kitchen table at W Singapore – Sentosa Cove is celebrating all walks on street food from around the globe, with classic favourites getting a luxurious glow-up.

Each Tuesday in November, get immersed in a sensory feast as the chefs whip up hearty nostalgic classics, elevated from the freshest of premium ingredients. The gastronomic journey starts off close to home with an elevated Thai classic, Lobster Pad Thai wrapped in Banana Leaf, followed by Vietnamese Bao stuffed with Braised Pulled Pork, before tasting W’s rendition of “KFC”, Korean Fried Chicken. Grab a serving of Europe’s best with the Crème Fraiche and Salami Pretzel from the street markets of Germany. Then, swing over to South America for some Duck Confit Chicken Burritos from Mexico, before landing back home to our DIY Rojak and Popiah Station. As a wander amongst street food markets isn’t complete without sweets, Be sure to satiate your sweet tooth with some Taiwanese Popiah Ice-cream, Argentinian Churros with Toffee Sauce or the ever-refreshing Ice Kachang before calling it a night.
