EMBARK on a gastronomic journey to Fukuoka, Japan this Autumn at JW Marriott Hong Kong’s Man Ho Chinese Restaurant, as Executive Chinese Chef Jayson Tang presents a special a la carte menu featuring a selection of dishes made with in-season produce flown in daily from Fukuoka.
