FRIDAY and Saturday nights are heating up at Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur’s The Mill Café. From beef rendang to tandoori naan, The Mill Café is serving up two special themed buffets that spice lovers will relish!

~ Buffet 1: Tiff-Inn Night ~

Experience an array of authentic Indian cuisine brought to you by Chef Makhan Singh who hails from Uttar Pradesh of northern India. With over 30 years of culinary expertise, Chef Makhan pays attention to the finer details to bring out the best in Indian cooking with a focus on core Indian spices.

Serving up food with great taste, tradition and love, Tiff-Inn Night will showcase over 90 items such as tandoori naan, seekh kebab, biryani rice, fish tikka and prawn maharaja. The highlights of the buffet are the pickle and chutney bar, plus Chef Makhan’s must-try chicken makhana, which follows an age-old recipe from his homeland, prepared in a traditional Indian clay pot.

~ Buffet 2: Malaysian Food Market ~

Staying true to Malaysia’s rich food culture, The Mill Café presents an all-new Malaysian Market themed buffet to commemorate a celebration of food and heritage.

The culinary team, under the direction of Executive Chef Laurent Lherisson, include Malay food specialist Chef Mohd Ali from Malacca, Indian food specialist Chef Makhan Singh from New Delhi, Western food specialist Executive Sous Chef Unaver Unabia from Sabah and pastry specialist Chef Joas Kam from Malacca.

Promising a journey of culinary discovery and fond food memories, explore over 60 tantalising Malaysian specialties all under one roof such as daging rendang, chilli crab, sotong masak kunyit, satay and ayam percik.

Clip & Eat

To minimise food wastage, The Mill Café has introduced a novel a la carte buffet called Clip & Eat. Just pin your table number to the food menu and your request would come straight from the kitchen. This ensures your food is always piping hot.

With over 60 international and Asian delights available such as butter chicken masala, duck confit on braised red cabbage and apple and seared slipper lobster, diners will be spoilt for choice.
