TAIPAN, Millennium Seoul Hilton’s Chinese restaurant, has welcomed new Head Chef, Mr Tiao Nai Hsing.

With nearly 40 years of experience in the restaurant industry, Chef Tiao has sharpened his skills at Baek Ni Hyang, an acclaimed Cantonese restaurant, and was most recently Executive Chef at Dong Bo Seong, one of Korea’s most popular and highest-rated Chinese restaurants.

Chef Tiao aims to elevate the high standards of sauces and recipes in Taipan’s kitchen and create healthier dishes with less salt, oil and starch while maintaining maximum flavour. He hopes that the high-quality dishes will enable Taipan diners to feel his sincerity and passion for Chinese cuisine.

Taipan showcases the complex flavours of Chinese cuisine with an extensive a la carte selection and seasonal delicacies. The restaurant also has six private dining rooms for exclusive dining.
