AT THE recent 2018 Lions Befrienders Appreciation and Awards Presentation, Hong Leong Holdings Limited was honoured with the Friends of the Seniors award.

The award was to thank Hong Leong Holdings for their contribution to the well-being of seniors with Lions Befrienders. The company regularly volunteers with the social service organisation, and staff distributes food to the underprivileged seniors every month.

Lions Befrienders provides friendship and care to underprivileged and isolated seniors who have limited or no family support, to help the elderly age with community participation and keep them socially engaged and physically active.
