ON OCTOBER 7, Millennium Hotels and Resorts (MHR) France joined over 37,500 participants at the Hippodrome de Vincennes in Paris to run against breast cancer. The run was organised by Odyssea, a non-profit organisation that supports breast cancer research. It is part of the country’s Octobre Rose campaign that raises awareness of the disease and encourages women to go for screening for early detection.

Director of Sales Ms Camille GE and Sales Manager Mr Johann Bertrand took part in the 10km run and flew the MHR flag in support of the cause. They participated together with one of MHR’s key partners HelmsBriscoe France, a meetings procurement and site selection solution provider.
It was the 16th anniversary of the run, and it raised a total of €520,000 to benefit Europe’s first cancer centre Gustave Roussy, located in Villejuif, Paris.
