Flavour-packed creations include Chef Max’s Signature Claypot with the options such as Oyster, Pork Belly and Enoki Mushroom with Asian Spice, and Braised Sea Cucumber with Mushroom and Baby Cabbage and Chef Negi’s spiced delights like Lamb Kebab and King Prawn Kastoori Jhinga, and Sizzling Grass-fed Angus Beef with Black Pepper Sauce.
