Bab Al Qasr Hotel & Residences is excited to welcome Mr Elias Saad as the new Food & Beverage (F&B) Director. With over 20 years of experience in Abu Dhabi’s dining scene, he is tasked to transform and upscale the hotel’s entire dining experience.

He has held various roles under F&B and Business Development at international hotel chains including Hilton, Le Meridien and Fairmont, and has helped to implement new dining concepts and improve processes, winning awards and raising a strong F&B culture.

Though he has a vast hospitality experience, Elias is also a Millennial and Gen Z-er at heart. A self-made social influencer, the foodie has over 20,000 followers across his social media platforms and more than 10,000 online food reviews, with #findaway as his motto.

With his passion for exemplary service and strong food and beverage background, Elias will be channelling his experience to Bab Al Qasr’s F&B operations, bringing innovation and raising awareness within his social network.

He is also known for his “can-do” attitude, and when asked what his biggest achievement was, Elias, with a smile on his face, said, “In 2019, I was part of the team implementing a new initiative to donate leftover food from our Friday mega brunch to feed shelter dogs. We were the first to roll out this programme, and we received the “Best Environment Initiative” Award from the Abu Dhabi Government, in recognition of our efforts.”
