Highlights include traditional Peking duck, double boiled Brazilian mushrooms and goji berries with spare ribs soup, poached chicken with minced ginger sauce, stewed soon hock with taro and garlic, deep-fried bei fong tong style prawns, braised tofu and dried bean curd with broccoli, wok-fried rice with diced Peking duck meat, chilled mango puree with sago, pomelo and vanilla ice cream, plus lotus paste longevity bun. Recommended for a minimum of four to five persons.
