Café East at New World Millennium Hong Kong Hotel presents a United Nations of seafood from 9 April to 5 July 2018 with the “Around-the-World Seafood Feast” dinner buffet. Featuring fine seafood from countries across the globe, diners can expect to dine on unlimited servings of USA Boston Lobsters, Canadian Snow Crab Legs, French Edible Crabs, as well as Blue Mussels, Jade Whelks and Shrimps.

Hot dishes on offer range from popular Baked Oysters and Steamed Whole Garoupa with Soya Sauce to Wok-fried Japanese Oyster with Ginger and Spring Onion, Asian-style Wok-fried Crab, Steamed Scallop with Double Garlic and Green Bean Noodles and Baked Boston Lobster with Cheese Sauce.

In addition to the seafood feast, Café East will also offer Roasted U.S. Bone-in Ribeye, Roasted Portugal Suckling Pig, nourishing Double-boiled Soup, a variety of Indian curries and Roti Prata and more.

A wide assortment of homemade desserts is also available, including “Dim Sum” Desserts with chestnut, coffee and coconut flavours, Bird’s Nest Custard, Pandan-flavoured Waffle Stick, Ban Chang Kueh, Cheese Tart and Grand Marnier or Passionfruit Soufflé. Traditionalists should not miss the Häagen-Dazs Ice-cream paired with freshly-baked puffs and assortment of condiments.

The “Around-the-World Seafood Feast” Dinner Buffet will be available from 6.30pm to 9.30pm and is priced at HKD588 for adults and HKD298 for children from Monday to Thursday.
