CBM recently took a significant step forward in its Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) journey by signing a partnership agreement under the WSH Advocate Programme, at a ceremony hosted by the Tripartite Alliance’s Workplace Safety and Health Council. With this milestone, CBM joins more than 30 leading organisations committed to advancing WSH excellence across industries.

The WSH Advocate Programme brings together major industry players to promote stronger safety standards, share best practices, and foster a culture where Workplace Safety and Health are recognised as both a moral responsibility and a business imperative. At its core, the programme reinforces the principle that good WSH performance benefits not only organisations, but also contractors, partners, and the wider workforce ecosystem.

For CBM, this partnership aligns closely with its ongoing commitment to raising standards within the Facilities Management (FM) industry. As an industry that operates across diverse environments and involves complex operational risks, FM requires a proactive and disciplined approach to safety. By becoming a WSH Advocate, CBM affirms its role by demonstrating that robust safety practices can and should go hand in hand with operational excellence.

CBM will continue to strengthen its WSH frameworks, engage with its teams on the ground, and work collaboratively with industry partners to build safer working environments.
