On 25 February, Millennium Hotels and Resorts’ (MHR) key clients and My Millennium members enjoyed a special treat and received a once-in-a-lifetime Chelsea treatment. Some 20 guests had the opportunity to connect with Chelsea Football Club (FC) Captain Cesar Azpilicueta virtually over Zoom.

The event was emceed by Chelsea FC Reporter and Stadium Announcer Lee Parker, with the opening address given by MHR Vice President, Sales UK & EU Strategic Accounts, Mr Richard Adler.

True Blue fans were then surprised by the appearance of Cesar Azpilicueta, who was a mystery guest that was only revealed during the virtual event itself. The Chelsea FC captain, who also plays defender, took questions from Lee Parker, as well as from the guests, before snapping a virtual group photo to commemorate the occasion.

The guests also had a lucky draw for the event, with the two winners winning signed shirts and/or footballs from the Chelsea FC team and My Millennium points.
