~ MEAT the SEAFOOD Buffet ~
Get ready to ‘meat’ the seafood at M Hotel’s Café 2000! Dig into endless serving of the mouth-watering Prime Rib Beef, Sirloin Steak, BBQ Ribs and fresh seafood-on-ice featuring Tiger Prawn, Black Mussel and Pink Scallop. Catch the Crab of the Day or chow down on the Chef’s special collagen-rich Japanese Udon. End off the meal with a smorgasbord of artisanal desserts including Chocolate Fondue Fountain, Chef’s Deep-fried Chempedak Ball and the ever popular Durian King Cream Puff.
On weekends, enjoy a complimentary starter of ½ Boston Lobster and Alaskan Crab Leg with tangy cocktail sauce.
Available till 31 March 2021, the Meat the Seafood Buffet is available Wednesday to Sunday during dinner from 6.00pm to 10.00pm.

Get out of bed on weekends and head to M Hotel’s Café 2000 for brunch madness at just S$50++. Start off the feasting with a refreshing platter of seafood-on-ice, alongside breakfast delights such as sandwiches, quiches, Chinese congee and more.
A plethora of all-time favourites are also available, such as Angus Beef Stew, Chicken Satay, Chilli Crab with Mantou, while meat lovers can look out for Brazilian-style Sirloin and Baby Back Ribs. Dessert options include the classic Chocolate Fondue Fountain and Crispy Butter Croffle.
