Hua Ting Masterchef Lap Fai from Orchard Hotel cooked up a storm on the Chinese New Year episode of MediaCorp Channel 8’s food show ‘Good Food on Sunday 食来运转’. He prepared Hua Ting’s signature wok-fried pork rib with crispy garlic and chilli, wowing the hosts and celebrity guests including Mark Lee, Dennis Chan, Lee Teng and Gao Mei Gui.
