Lower Manhattan
Start the journey at Lower Manhattan, the birthplace of New York City. Representing the neighbourhood’s Chinatown, Tong Wars brings a blaze of spices seared through plum, apple and ginger that evokes the heat of the Tong Wars (1800s – 1930s) as they exploded upon New York streets.

West
The pulse of the West Side lies in “Little Spain on the 14th Street, represented by Calle Catorce, a blend of herbs and Manchego that summons the spirits of feast day celebrations for St. James, the patron saint of Spain.
