Millennium and Copthorne Hotels at Chelsea Football Club were recently named among the ’30 Best Places to Work in Hospitality’ at the recent The Caterer’s People Summit.

The Top 30 list was derived from companies recommended by their own employees, who completed five appropriately crafted ‘killer’ questions reflecting the hospitality environment over the last 12 months. In particular, the hospitality firms were judged for how well they were prepared for the reopening and operational changes, and company support provided to employees during the COVID-19 pandemic.

In its seventh year, the award was presented by UK employee engagement consultancy retention specialists Purple Cubed, together with The Caterer and associate sponsor Umbrella Training. It was noted that competition was tough, with an overall average score of 93%. Chelsea Football Club is also the reigning champions of the UEFA Champions League, having beaten Manchester City 1-0 in the 2021 final.
