Millennium Harbourview Xiamen has newly renovated its space! The 24-hour dining destination at the hotel now features a brand-new layout, expanded seating, and three new semi-private areas for parties.

The revamped dining area at Harbour Cafe is now more spacious with various food sections and live cooking stations easily accessible. It also draws inspiration for its colour palette of muted warm shades from Italian painter Giorgio Morandi, who was known for his still life paintings. The food stations are laid on beige marble counters with rose gold accents and lighting fixtures, which sets the tone for a simple yet comfortable dining experience.

Harbour Cafe has also increased its seating to 166 guests, and now offers three new semi-private areas for functions, which can seat 60, 26, and 20 guests.

The new menu features dishes such as ‘Vietnamese Mint and Black Pepper Lamb Leg’ (left) and ‘Oven Grilled Seafood with Spicy Sauce’ (right).

In addition to refurbishing the space, the team of chefs, led by Head Chef David Bai, has also revamped the extensive menu to take guests’ taste buds on a trip around the world. The restaurant will serve up a daily themed buffet based on different global cuisines including Mediterranean and Southeast Asian fare, and an a la carte menu that combines the best of Western and Oriental flavours.
