Millennium Hotels and Resorts has appointed Ms Joanne Teoh as Global Head of Interior Design, effective 14 May 2018.

Joanne brings with her more than a decade of interior design experience in the hospitality industry. A practicing design professional, she has worked for companies such as Quirk and Associates, GSD Interiors Sdn. Bhd and RDA Harris Design Group Sdn. Bhd. She was most recently Senior Interior Designer at Duoz Design Sdn Bhd, where her responsibilities included leading in design and preparation of presentation works, leading the team in preparing construction drawings and coordinating the construction work with site personnel and contractors on multiple projects.

In her new role, Joanne will be accountable for producing project design deliverables in both Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) and construction documents. She will also work on all phases of development including pre-design, schematic design, design development, construction documents and administration.

She is based at Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur, and will report to Mr Lee Richards, Vice President of Operations (South East Asia).
