In Thailand

CBM Facilities & Security Management has strengthened its regional presence with the opening of a new office in Bangkok, Thailand, marking a significant milestone in its expansion journey.

Since expanding its operations in Thailand, CBM Thailand has continued to strengthen its market presence by securing prestigious projects and building long-term partnerships with leading clients. The company was first awarded the facility management contract for GPF Witthayu Tower, followed by Bangkok City Tower, both owned by the Government Pension Fund (GPF).

The two contracts, each spanning a three-year term with a combined contract value of over THB 63.36 million, represent a significant milestone for CBM Thailand. These achievements reflect the confidence that GPF places in the company's expertise, service quality, and operational excellence in integrated facility management.

Managing these two landmark office buildings provides CBM Thailand with an excellent opportunity to further demonstrate its capabilities in high-rise building management. The company is committed to developing both projects into flagship projects that showcase its commitment to service excellence, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement, while further strengthening its position as a trusted leader in Thailand's facility management industry.

GPF Witthayu Towers is a premium Grade B office building for rent in the bustling heart of the business district. Comprising two buildings, Building A with 18 floors and Building B with 16 floors, this property offers over 30,000 sq. m. of prime office space.

Thailand Science Park, Thailand's largest integrated research and development hub, serves as a leading innovation ecosystem connecting research, academia and industry.

The company has also been awarded a 12-month contract at Thailand Science Park, where it will deploy more than 200 personnel to provide facilities management services across 300,000 square metres spanning four science and technology buildings.

In addition to these project wins, CBM has strengthened its industry network through strategic partnerships, including a memorandum of understanding with Grundfos (Thailand) to explore and implement sustainable water management solutions.

These achievements reflect CBM's growing capabilities and reputation in Thailand, while reinforcing its commitment to drive sustainable growth in the region.
