On 28 May, Tower Club members and their guests gathered at Atlantic for an intimate and memorable Hennessy Dinner Experience, where exceptional cognac was thoughtfully paired with an inspired five-course culinary journey.

The evening commenced with a refreshing Hennessy VSOP High Ball, setting the stage for a carefully curated dining experience. Guests enjoyed a selection of thoughtfully prepared dishes, each paired with Hennessy cognacs to complement the flavours of the menu.

Among the highlights of the evening was the pan-fried foie gras, complemented by a delicate fig chutney that balanced richness with subtle sweetness. This was followed by a chargrilled seafood risotto, elevated by a silky lobster emulsion that brought depth and refinement to the dish. The main course featured a roasted peppery duck breast, expertly prepared and paired with Hennessy XO, allowing the complex and layered notes of the cognac to enhance the flavours of the dish.

To round off the evening, guests were served a cardamom dark chocolate brownie with candied orange and hazelnut gelato, providing a sweet ending to the meal.

Beyond the exquisite food and cognac pairings, the dinner also offered members an opportunity to connect and unwind in an intimate setting, sharing warm conversations and creating new memories over an exceptional dining experience.

Tower Club extends its heartfelt appreciation to all members and guests who joined the event and looks forward to welcoming them to more memorable experiences in the months ahead.
