From 31 July to 9 August, M Hotel Singapore presents two specially curated dinner buffet promotions that pay tribute to the nation’s rich culinary heritage.
At Cafe 2000, guests can enjoy A Nation’s Taste Reimagined, a sumptuous dinner buffet that gives nostalgic local classics a creative twist. Specially crafted by Executive Chef Jacky Zhang, the menu features highlights such as Rojak Infused Crispy Chicken, Beef Rendang Wellington, Fermented Durian Tempoyak Crab, Chempedak Prawn with Curry Mayonnaise, Pan Roasted Chicken with Otak Mousse and Lychee Rose Panna Cotta. The dinner buffet is available from 6 pm to 10 pm at $61 nett per adult. Reservations can be made here.
Over at The Buffet Restaurant, the National Day Special celebrates familiar flavours of home with local highlights such as Oven Roasted Striploin with Assam Pedas, Grilled Stingray, Rojak, Chilli Crab Bun, Durian Pengat and Fresh Seafood on Ice, alongside all-time favourites including Beef Cheek Rendang, Ayam Pongteh, Udang Masak Lemak Nenas, Sayur Lodeh and assorted Nyonya Kueh. In celebration of the nation’s 61st birthday, one adult aged 61 can enjoy 61% off, limited to one adult per dine-in group of every four adults. Orchard Hotel Singapore
Orchard Hotel Singapore also marks the occasion from 1 July to 31 August with a vibrant selection of National Day dining experiences.
At The Orchard Cafe, Singalicious takes the spotlight with a thoughtfully curated showcase of local favourites, fresh seafood and premium roasts by Executive Chef Thenesh Murugaya and his culinary team. Highlights include Roast Duck Tortilla Wrap, Singapore Chilli Crab with Fried Mantou, Seafood on Ice, Otak-Otak Baked Salmon, Oyster Omelette, Baked Oyster with Mentaiko Cheese Sauce, Sambal Stingray, Slow Roasted Black Angus Striploin and Massaman Curry Rubbed Pork Shoulder. The buffet is priced from $88 per person. Guests can also enjoy special dining offers, including 61% off for the second diner, My Millennium promotions and selected senior citizen privileges.
At Bar Intermezzo, Heritage Afternoon Tea reimagines Singapore’s culinary traditions through a refined contemporary lens. Priced from $39 per person, the experience features Singaporean-inspired creations such as Nonya Kerabu Abalone, Chicken Buah Keluak Black Truffle Sandwich, Boston Lobster Nasi Lemak Kueh Pie Tee, Wagyu Beef Pongteh Slider and Musang King Durian Cake, complemented by freshly baked Coconut Scones served with homemade kaya.
Guests can also raise a glass to Singapore’s 61st year with Bar Intermezzo’s exclusive National Day drinks selection, with prices starting from $6.10 per drink. The celebratory menu features Singapore-inspired cocktails such as the Kampung Old Fashioned, Fountain of Merlion, Milo-tini and the iconic Singapore Sling, alongside promotional pours at $6.10 per glass for house pour spirits, beer on tap and M Wines, $61 per bottle of Piccini Venetian Dress Prosecco, cocktails at $16++ and mocktails at $10++.
For Cantonese dining, Hua Ting Restaurant presents two indulgent specials. The Wagyu Indulgence, priced from $24 per dish, showcases Australian Wagyu Beef through refined creations such as Crispy-Fried Sliced Marble Beef, Stewed Australian Wagyu Oxtail with Red Wine, Braised Australian Wagyu Beef Cheek Noodles, Barbecued Honey-Glazed Marble Beef Char Siew and Sautéed Australian Wagyu Beef. Guests can also enjoy Dim Sum Delights for Two at $61, a specially curated set menu featuring handcrafted favourites including Steamed Lobster and Prawn Dumpling, Crispy Lychee Prawn Ball and Baked Mango Chicken Tart.
