Another comforting highlight is the King Ranch Chicken Casserole, a Texan classic layered with crunchy tortilla chips, sweet capsicums, spicy jalapeños and velvety cheese cream, then baked until golden.

For barbecue lovers, the Oven-Baked BBQ Boneless Beef Ribs offer a satisfying choice. Slow-cooked until tender and finished with a smoky barbecue glaze, the dish delivers a balance of sweet and savoury notes. Guests can also look forward to the Huli Huli Chicken Skewers, inspired by Hawaii’s famous roadside grills and marinated for a smoky, sweet and tangy finish.
