Mr Jakub Skyvara has been appointed General Manager of M Social Hotel Sunnyvale, a new addition to the group's portfolio set to launch in the heart of Silicon Valley.

Mr Skyvara has more than 20 years of hospitality leadership experience across North America, Europe, and Asia, and a wealth of expertise in luxury hotel operations, guest experience, and commercial performance. He has held leadership roles with global brands like Mandarin Oriental, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, and Viceroy Hotels & Resorts.

Prior to joining M Social Hotel Sunnyvale, Skyvara served as General Manager of The Lodge at Torrey Pines, where he led the AAA Five Diamond property with a focus on service excellence, guest satisfaction, and operational performance. He also previously held the position of Executive Assistant Manager at The Resort at Pelican Hill, overseeing complex resort operations within a luxury hospitality environment.

Designed as a next-generation lifestyle hotel, M Social Sunnyvale aims to blend creativity, technology, and community to create a vibrant social destination for both travellers and locals.
