Executive Chef Bryce Li has whipped up a newly curated menu, with highlights such as Torched Salmon & Avocado Tartare, 3 Cup Lobster in Claypot, 1-Metre Cold Cuts & Cheese Board, and Chargrilled Ribeye, Striploin & Kurobuta Pork Chop.

According to Chef Bryce, the menu represents a borderless cuisine that fits with the unrestrictive concept of Beast & Butterflies and its millennial-minded, globe-trotting guests. The dishes are inspired by traditional styles of cooking, coupled with new influences and evolving styles.

In addition to a newly curated menu, kickstart your weekend revelry with Oyster Night at Beast & Butterflies happening every Friday, with fresh oysters going for S$1 each from 6pm to 10pm, while stocks last.
