New World Millennium Hong Kong Hotel Chief Sommelier Sam Chong recently participated in the “Wine Challenge”, a monthly blind wine tasting event held by Wine.Luxe magazine.

In June, Sam and the other professional sommeliers tasted a series of wines from Greece, one of the oldest wine-producing regions in the world.
